2020-21 (Senior): Named to All-MAAC Third Team… Earned MAAC Player of the Week on February 8… Tied for team lead in rebounding at 5.7 per game… 29 steals marked second on team… Started all 20 contests… 48.4% from the field was second on MU and seventh in the MAAC… Shot 39.7% from deep, sixth in the conference… Opened season with 16 points against Hofstra, grabbing career best five steals (12/15)… Added 16 on six made field goals vs. Marist (1/10)… Went for 23 points, eight rebounds, four steals and two blocks vs. Quinnipiac (1/15)… Had double-doubles in three of four games, coming a rebound shy of four in a row, between 1/30 and 2/19… Scored in double figures in final nine games, and 12 of final 13… Posted career best with 24 points in win at Rider, going 10-12 from the floor (3/4).

2019-20 (Junior): Played in all 31 games of junior season… Shot 45.4% from the field… Ranked third on the Hawks with nine blocked shots… Posted six games in double figures… Added seven points and three assists at Kansas State (11/13)… Netted 10 points on 4-5 shooting at Princeton (12/10)… Grabbed six boards vs. Albany (12/21)… Tied career-high with eight boards against Canisius (1/10)… Shot 5-10 with 11 points at Quinnipiac (1/12)… Went for nine points and four rebounds in win over Rider (2/2)… Scored 14 points on 5-7 shooting at Niagara (2/16)… Had 10 points and four boards in OT win over Marist (2/21)… Scored 12 points on 4-5 shooting in win over Quinnipiac (2/23)… Shot 5-9 from the floor and corralled four rebounds in scoring 14 points in win over Manhattan (3/1).

2018-19 (Sophomore): Played in 32 games as a sophomore, scoring 3.5 points per game and shooting 50% from the field… Had 10 points against Cal State Fullerton in Myrtle Beach (11/18)… Dished out four assists at Bucknell (12/1)… Was a perfect 3-for-3, finishing with nine points vs. Yale (12/20)… Totaled seven points, four assists and five boards in win over Iona (1/20)… Scored six points in MAAC title game vs. Iona (3/11).

2017-18 (Freshman): Played in all 31 games, making nine starts… Averaged 3.9 points per game on the season, and 4.6 in MAAC play… 12 blocks ranked second on the team… Grabbed eight rebounds in collegiate debut against Bucknell (11/10)… Added 13 points, five rebounds in four-overtime contest against Penn (11/25)… Scored 12 points against Iona on 4-for-6 shooting (1/19)… Scored season-high 17 points and grabbed six boards, hitting season-best three triples against Niagara (2/4)… Contributed nine points, five rebounds and five assists in win at Iona (2/8)... Finished season with six points and four rebounds against Saint Peter’s in MAAC Tournament (3/1).

HIGH SCHOOL: Martin graduated from York Catholic in 2017 and played AAU for the York Ballers under head coach Pat McGlynn. Martin was a First Team All-County selection as a senior and earned Third Team All-State accolades in Class 3A. The forward also picked up GameTimePA Boys’ Basketball All-Star First Team accolades last season. In 2016-17, he helped York Catholic to a 22-4 mark to earn a bye in the District 3 Tournament, averaging 16 points per game. Martin shot a whopping 57% from the field in his final season, snagging eight rebounds per game. Martin played for the same AAU program, the York Ballers, as former Hawk sharpshooter Andrew Nicholas ‘15, who completed his Monmouth career with 1,180 points and the eighth most triples in school history at 169.
