2012 (Senior): Appeared in every game for MU at tight end… Had a reception in every game, finishing with 23 grabs for 228 yards in 2012…  Averaged 9.9 yards per catch, with a long of 30 yards… Found the endzone in win over Rhode Island (9/8)… Caught career-high four passes in victory over Sacred Heart (9/22)… Recorded 68 receiving yards, a career-high, in win at Duquesne (10/27).

2011 (Junior): Played in all 11 games as a redshirt junior... Had 14 receptions for 184 yards, including a long of 34 yards... Averaged 13.1 yards per reception with a touchdown... Had three receptions for 58 yards in a win over Saint Francis (11/5)... Made three receptions for 22 yards and his first collegiate touchdown against Albany (11/12).

2010 (Sophomore): Appeared in 11 games as a redshirt sophomore... Finished the season with seven catches for 69... Had three catches for 26 yards against Albany (11/20)... Registered a season-long reception of 25 yards against Duquesne (10/02)... Recorded a reception in five seperate games.

2009 (Freshman): Did not see time as a true freshman.

High School: Played quarterback under coach George Najjar at War Memorial... As a senior, he led the Bombers to a 9-3 record and the Central Jersey Group IV Championship game... Garnered All-GMC Red Division, All-GMC Conference, All-Area First Team, All-Group IV Third Team, and NJFCA Super 100 All-State Team honors during his senior campaign... Threw for 976 yards, eight touchdowns, and averaged 7.86 yards per carry while he averaged 40.45 yards per punt as the squads punter... Also played baseball and basketball.

Personal: Son of Michael and Lori McLafferty... Major is communication.
