2007 (Junior): Played in 16 games as a junior... Registered 21 ground balls... Gathered a career-high six ground balls against Saint Francis (Pa.) {4/5}...Tallied five draw controls and three caused turnovers on the season... Had four ground balls and two caused turnovers in win over Wagner (3/23)... Also had four ground balls against Lafayette (4/3).
 
2006 (Sophomore): Appeared in four games for the Hawks, all off the bench... Grabbed three ground balls during the season... Tabbed two ground ball pick-ups in win over St. Francis [Pa.] (3/31)... Saw action in NCAA tournament first round loss to #3 Georgetown.

2005 (Freshman): Played in seven games for Monmouth, all as a reserve... Ended the season with three ground balls and one forced turnover... Picked up a ground ball in games against Central Connecticut (4/3), St. Francis [Pa.] (4/8) and LIU (4/15).

High School: Two-sport standout at Council Rock South High School in Holland, Pa... Lettered twice in lacrosse... Recipient of captains award Named to the Bucks County Courier second-team... Also earned three letters in field hockey... Named second team All-Suburban One Liberty League in field hockey.

Personal: Daughter of Bob Trainer and Maria and Kenneth Rothstein... Born February 3, 1986... Majoring in communications.
