2010-11 (Grad): XC: Earned first place overall in the 4k Monmouth XC Kick-Off Invitational with a time of 14:18.8 (9/3)... Northeast Conference Women's Athlete of the Week (9/6)....Crossed the finish line eighth overall at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 18:08.9 (10/30)...Named to the All-NEC team.. Crossed the finish line 49th overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 22:06 (11/13)...Finished 6th in the ECAC/IC4A with a time of 18:29 (11/20)...Was a part of the 4x800 mter relay that finished first with a time of 9:23.83 at the Metro Coaches Invitational that becomes the third best in school history and qualifies for the ECAC (1/7)...Finished first in the mile run at the 2nd Annual Rider Dual Meet with a time of 5:11.37...Helped Monmouth place first in the women distance medley with a final time of 12:23.66 in the Rider dual meet...Finished second in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:55.31 and was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed 16th with a time of 4:09.15 at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic (1/21)...
Before Monmouth - University of Maryland: Member of the Terrapins Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor Track and Field Teams... Ran mid-distance for Coach Andrew Valmon from 2006-2010... Top ten all-time in the 4x800, DMR, 4xmile, mile, 800 meter, 1000 meter, 1500 meter, and the 3000 meter.
High School: Graduated from Red Bank Regional High School in Little Silver, N.J., in 2006... Ran mid-distance for the Bucs, in Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor for Coach Geoff Harrison... Named First-team all-state... State and Monmouth County Champion... National Champion and Penn Relays winner in the Distance Medley Relay.
