2009-10 (Senior): XC: Ran 15:44 and finished in eleventh place overall at the 6th Annual Monmouth Cross Country Kick-Off... Finished fourth amongst the Hawks team with a 26th place finish in 19:47.9 at the NEC XC Championship... At the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Regional's finished in 146th place with a time of 25:12.... Finished in 101st with a time of 20:07 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships Indoor: Finished ninth in the 3000 meter run at the Metro Coaches Invitational... Led the women's distance crew in the mile run with a second place finish time of 5:21.20 at the dual meet with Rider... Took 10th in the 800m run at the Great Dane Classic... Was a part of the distant medley that posted their own ECAC qualifying time (12:04.52) on their way to a third place finish at the Terrier Classic... Finished the 1000 meter run event in 2:59.93 to finish fourth overall at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational... Finished the mile run in 5:08.59 earning fourth place at the NEC Indoor Championships... 2008-09 (Junior): XC: Finished 16th at opening MU XC Kickoff... Finished in 56th place in a time of 22:41 Dartmouth Invite... Finished in 245th in a time of 23:51 at Paul Short run... Finished 78th in a time of 24:19 at Princeton Invite... Came in 167th at NCAA Championships Indoor: Member of the fifth place 4x800 relay team at Penn State Nationals... Placed ninth in the 1000m at Penn State Nationals... Finished with a mile time of 5:14.00 and was 12th at Yale Invite... Was a leg in the third place DMR team that crossed the tape in 12:37.83 at the Yale Invite... Earned second place with a time of 5:10.16 at the NEC Championships in the mile, earning All-NEC Second-Team honors... Was a leg on the 4x800 relay team that finished third with a time of 9:25.73 at the NYU Fastrack Invitational Outdoor: Ran a leg of distance medley relay that finished fourth place with a time of 12:28.59 which was the second best outdoor time in school history at Georgia Relays... Took the gold medal in the 1500m at the Greyhound Classic... Ran a leg in the 4x800 at Penn Relays with a time of 9:18.00 which set a new school record... Was a leg of 4X400 m relay team that earned 7th at Greyhound Classic... Was a member of the 4x800 relay team that took second place at the NEC Field Championships, receiving Second-Team All-NEC honors and also finished third in the 1500m at the NEC Championships.

2007-08 (Sophomore): Cross Country: Took 14th place at MU Cross Country Kickoff... Finished 37th at the CCSU Invitational... Finished 13th at the MU Cross Country Invitational... Placed 36th at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... took 16th place at the NEC Championship... Competed at the NCAA Regionals... Indoor: Placed sixth in the mile and was part of a distance medley relay team that earned a fourth place finish at the NEC Indoor Championships... Took fifth in the mile at the 2007 Princeton Invitational... Placed fourth at the Seton Hall Classic in the 1000m... Part of a distance relay team that finished seventh with a time of 12:19.77, which was the second best time in school history... part of a 4x800 squad that placed second with a time of 9:40 at the NYU Gotham Cup... Member of the distance medley team that took fifth at the Great Dane Invitational... Won the 1500m at the USATF-NJ Open... Outdoor: finished sixth in the 1500m and part of a 4x800 relay team that finished in fourth place with a time of 9:46.64 at the NEC Championships... Ran a leg of MU's 4x1500 relay that took seventh with their new school record time of 20:10.25 at the Colonial Relays... Took second in the 1500m in a personal best of 4:51.

2006-07 (Freshman): Cross Country: Earned her first varsity letter in cross country, finishing in the top seven in almost every meet... Ran at the Northeast Conference Championships, finishing with a time of 20:40... Competed at the Paul Short Run... Indoor: Part of the first-place finishing DMR team (12:33.70) and placed sixth in the mile (5:13.81) at the NEC Championship meet... Set a new Monmouth rookie record in the DMR (12:23.72) at the ECAC Championship... Had an eighth place finish in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup... Took fifth in both the 1,000m (3:08.48) and the mile (5:22.77) at the Great Dane Classic... Member of the record-setting rookie DMR team that placed sixth at the Terrier Classic... 4x800m relay team finished ninth at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a time of 9:34.08... Outdoor: Earned points for the Hawks in the 1500m at the NEC Outdoor Championships, finishing seventh... Ran on the seventh place 4x800 relay team at the NECs... Ran the 800m leg of the Sprint Medley Relay at the Penn Relays, finishing with one of the top-five times in school history... Took third in the 1500m at the Moravian Greyhound Classic, crossing the line in 4:53.57.

High School: Earned a total of 12 varsity letters in track and cross country running under coach Mel Ullmeyer at Shore Regional High School... Helped the Blue Devils to the Group II Central Jersey State Championship.
