2007-08 Season: Cross Country: Competed at the NCAA Regionals with the second best time among MU athletes... Finished 4th for MU and 25th overall at the NEC Championships...Also part of the Hawks’ top five at the IC4A Championships. Indoor: Competed at the Princeton Invitational... Ran in the 3k at the NEC Championships... Placed seventh in the 3000m at the University of Delaware invitational... Outdoor Track: Ran 5k and 10 K for MU.

2006-07 Season: Cross Country: Finished in 28:06 at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University...Indoor: Competed in multiple events at the Great Dane Classic... Ran in the 3k at the Deschriver Invitational Outdoor: Competed in the 5k at the Monmouth Season Opener... Competed in the 10K at the NEC Championships to help the Hawks win their 4th straight team title.

2005-06 Season: Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 10,000-meter with a time of 32:45.09 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic... Ran 16:18.37 in the 5,000-meter at the Monmouth Season Opener.

High School: Lettered in cross country at Holmdel High School... Led the Hornets to divisional and sectional championships.

Personal: Born Aug. 13, 1986... Son of Peter Cody and Judy Ramsey... Political science major...Cross Country Team capitan in 2008.
