2009-10 (Senior): XC: Ran 15:41 and finished in eighth place overall at the 6th Annual Monmouth Cross Country Kick-Off... Finished first with time of 18:51.2 at the Quinnipiac Invitational... Finished 19th in the 6k with a time of 22:11 at the 26th annual Brooks Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pa... Finished 3rd in the 5k race with a time of 19:15 at the 15th Annual Monmouth University Invitational... Earned All-NEC honors crossing the tape in 18:19.8 to finish just seconds out of top 3 position (finishing fifth overall) while breaking her own record at the NEC XC Championship... Became one of only three harriers to earn three straight All-NEC honors... Crossed the tape at 23:45 to finish in 83rd place, the second-best finish in her career at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Regionals... Finished in 22nd place in 18:53 at IC4A/ECAC Championships.... Posted second best career finish at the IC4A/ECAC Championships, and sixth best in school history. Indoor: Finished first in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:28.83 at the dual meet with Rider... 2008-09 (Junior) XC: Earned All-NEC honors after finishing third in a time of 18:46 at NEC XC Championships... Came in 87th at the NCAA Regionals... Finished second in a time of 14:48 at MU XC Kickoff... Finished 9th at 20:51 at Dartmouth Invite... Earned NEC Runner of the Week award on 9.13... Finished 80th in a time of 21:56 on the 6K course at Paul Short Run... Finished 11th overall in 22:40 at Princeton Invite. Indoor Track: Placed seventh in the 1000m at NYC Gotham Cup... 2007-08 (Sophomore): XC: Recorded the highest individual finish ever for Monmouth's women, finishing 41st overall in a time of 21:40 on the 6K (3.7 mile) course at NCAA Regionals... Placed fourth overall and earned All-East honors at the ECAC Championship, running 18:31 to set a new Monmouth course record at Van Cortlandt Park... Finished third at the NEC Championship with a time of 18:05.1 and was named an All-NEC runner... Named NEC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week on 9/11/07 for her performance at the Fordham Invitational... took sixth place at the 5k at Stanley Quarter Park at the CCSU Invitational... Finished in the top spot for the MU Women's team with a 40th place finish at 21:31 for the 6k at Lehigh's prestigious Paul Short Run, which is both a new school record and is the highest finish in school history at the meet... First place finish at the MU Cross Country Invitational in 18:47, a new course record... First place finish overall among college athletes at the 2007 Princeton Invitational at 22:27, which is a new MU course record... Indoor Track: Ran 4.59.05 in the mile, the second best time in her young career at the ECAC Championships, and was also part of a distance medley team that ran a time of 12:16.01... Placed second in the 3000m at the NEC Indoor Championships and earned a spot on the All-NEC Second Team, clocking in at 10:10.06 and also earned a second place finish in the mile at 5:02.45... Won the 1,000m with her time of 3:08.35 at the Seton Hall Classic... Part of a distance relay team that finished with a time of 12:19.77, which is the second best time in school history... Won the seeded mile for the Blue & White, crossing the tape in 4:56.05, setting the new Monmouth record in the event while qualifying for the ECAC Division I Indoor Championships, and also was part of a 4x800 squad that placed second with a time of 9:40 ... Named NEC Track Athlete of the Week for 1/22... Placed third in the 3000m with a time of 10:08.48 and was part of a distance medley team that took fifth at the Great Dane Invitational... Anchor of a distance medley relay finished first at the NYU Fast Track with a school record time (12:01.23),which qualified the squad ECAC's... Outdoor Track: Earned Second Team All-NEC honors in the 1500m with a time of 4:39.61, and also took third in the 5000m crossing the tape in 18:06.88 at the NEC Championships... Placed eighth in the 1500m and was part of a 4x1500 relay that took seventh with their new school record time of 20:10.25 at the Colonial Relays... Took fourth in the 1500m, and sixth in the 800m at the UVA Invite, becoming the first MU athlete to score in both the 1500 and 800 in the same meet in the ten years the Hawks have competed at the UVA Invite.... Finished second in the 800m running 2:16.11 to record the eighth best time in school history, at the Greyhound Invitational... Earned a fifth place finish in the 3K in 9:47.60 at the Penn Relays... Earned NEC Track Athlete of the Week for 4/30.
2006-07 (Freshman): Cross Country: Came in 31st place at the ECAC Division I Championships in a time of 19:36, which broke her own freshman course record at the Northeast Conference Championships at Van Cortlandt... Finished eighth to lead the women's team at the Monmouth University XC Kickoff at Thompson Park... Set the Monmouth University freshman record (for 6K) at the Paul Short Run... Finished 26th at the Albany Invitational, running 19:04... Finished 21st at the Northeast Conference Championships in a time of 19:45... Competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with a time of 23:11 (6K)...Indoor: Anchored the first-place finishing DMR team (12:33.70) and placed fourth in mile (5:12.31) in the NEC Championship meet while being named All-NEC First-Team... Finished 11th and set a new Monmouth rookie record in the DMR at the ECAC Championship with a time of 12:23.72... Was sixth in the mile at the Great Dane Classic, crossing the finish line with a time of 5:23.74... Member of the record-setting rookie DMR team that placed sixth at the Terrier Classic... Was ninth in the 4x800m relay at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a time of 9:34.08 and broke the MU freshman record in the mile with a run of 5:16.63... Outdoor: Finished fifth at the NEC Championships in the 1500m... Placed fifth in the 1500m, running a time of 4:52.28 at UNC-Charlotte... At the Lehigh Games, was second in the 1500, besting her own MU freshman record with a time of 4:48.48... Set the MU freshman record for the 3000m with a 10:46 at Princeton.
High School: Holds 10 school records, including six outdoor records at Sparta High School... Earned Daily Record First Team in track for three straight years... Named team MVP seven times... Helped the Spartans to a 2003 Sectional Championship in spring track.
