2021-22 (Senior): Competed in one 6k during the cross-country season, setting a new PR … Competed in the 800m, 1000m, 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, 4x800m, and DMR during the indoor and outdoor track seasons … Two event wins and five new PRs …  2022 Chi Alpha Sigma Honoree … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
 
Cross Country Set a new PR at Lehigh’s Paul Short Run with a 6k time of 22:34.7 (10/1).
 
Indoor: Part of the 4x800m team that won and set a MAAC Record at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 9:00.80 (2/20) … Finished fifth in the mile at the Indoor Championships with a time of 4:57.86 … Clocked in at 2:57.80 in the 1000m at the Villanova Invitational (1/22) … Posted a 3000m time of 9:56.53 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (3/6).
 
Outdoor: Part of the 4x800m team that won gold medals at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, clocking in at 9:02.95 (5/8) … Also posted a fifth-place finish in the 1500m at the Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:41.94 … Placed second in the 800m at the Towson Invitational with a time of 2:17.65 (4/2) … Ran the 5000m at Bucknell’s Bison Outdoor Classic in 17:35.87 (4/16).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 4x800 as a junior… Set PRs in the 800m (2:19.60) and 1500 (4:41.34)… Two first place finishes on the year… Placed first in the 1500 (4:46.78) at Rider vs. Monmouth… Part of the team that won the 4x800 (9:15.81) at the MAAC Championships…

2019-20: Competed in the 3000m and Mile as a sophomore ... Set personal bests in the 3000m (10:47.84) and Mile (5:15.70) at the MAAC Indoor Championships. 

2018-19: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, mile, 4x800, and 4x1500 as a freshman ... Set personal bests in the 800m (2:23.11) and 1500m (4:54.44) ... First place finish at the Robert J. Kane Invitational as part of the 4x800m Relay team with a time of (10:00.75).

Before Monmouth: 13-time letterwinner for coaches Linda and Art Kranick at Saratoga Springs... Suburban Council All-Star for cross country in 2013 and 2016... Suburban Council All-Star for outdoor track in 2014... All-State for cross country as a junior... Two-time All-American at the 2015 New Balance Indoor Nationals...
