WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – Three members of the Monmouth University women's tennis team were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

Lana Brezanin,
Hana McKinney and
Lenien Jamir were honored for their success in the classroom and being a key contributor on the field.Â

In order to be eligible for the Academic All-District Team, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better and be a starter or significant contributor.
Â
Brezanin recently graduated with a degree in International Business and Marketing. She was a key contributor for the Hawks while playing number one singles and either first or second doubles.
Â
McKinney is a Music Industry major at Monmouth. She played second and third singles for the Hawks while also contributing at second doubles.Â
Â
Jamir earned her degree from Monmouth in Political Science and Sociology. She played at third and fourth singles and found success at third doubles for the Hawks.Â
