WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – The Monmouth University men's tennis team opened its 2023-24 season with a pair of victories on Wednesday as it defeated Rider and Lafayette. The Hawks started the day with a 7-0 win over Rider before knocking off the Leopards, 7-0, later in the afternoon.
Six players made their Monmouth debuts; Mateo Bivol, Yoav Weinberg, Adam Hillerby, Gabriel Berner, Francisco Erramuspe, and Alex Martinez Sanz.
