BERLIN, MD – Monmouth University Men's Golf competed in a large tournament field this past weekend at The Battle at Rum Pointe, and placed 15
th in the event.
Monmouth was led on the weekend by
Colin McCullagh, who posted an opening round 73, the best by a Hawk on the weekend.
Ethan Lee's second round 74 vaulted him up the leaderboard, while
Travis Dix tucked in two rounds inside of 80.
Colt Ingram opened with 75, his top score of the weekend, while Alex Dalmau and
Erik Stevens closed with their best scores of the tournament in the second round.
The Hawks shot 315 in the opening round as a team before shaving 15 shots off that to shoot 301 in the final round. MU placed 15
th in the 17-team field.
