WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – The Monmouth University men's tennis team won its second straight match with a 4-1 victory over visiting Army on Wednesday afternoon at the MU Outdoor Tennis Complex.
After securing the doubles point with wins at No. 1 (
Dmitry Bezborodov and
Niels Van Noord) and No. 3 (
Arthur Dussaubat and
Christof Zeiler), the Hawks secured their victory by earning three singles wins. Van Noord,
Victor Castro, and
Alexander Zuckerman all won in straight-sets to improve the Hawks to 8-4 on the season.
