WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – The Monmouth University men's tennis team opened its 2022-23 season with a pair of victories on Wednesday as it defeated Queens College and Sacred Heart. The Hawks started the day with a 7-0 win over Queens before knocking off the Pioneers, 6-1, later in the afternoon.
 
Monmouth improved to 2-0 on the season and increased their regular season winning streak to 11 consecutive matches, dating back to last year.
