NOTES & QUOTES
"It always hurts when you lose but it is even more difficult to stomach when you're able to hold a conference opponent to only six goals. Even more frustrating is that the loss overshadows a lot of really good play at times and some really strong individual efforts on the day. Overall, we need to clean things up as a team in all areas. We are playing really hard but when you play in competitive games that are close everything seems to be highlighted from missed ground balls, failing to clear and wasting scoring opportunities. Although we were still too sloppy at times today we had our chances and have to be a little tougher to make and finish plays."
