BERLIN, MD – Monmouth University Men's Golf posted a ninth place finish in a strong 22-team field this past weekend at the Battle at Rum Pointe in Maryland. The Hawks were led by freshman
Colin McCullagh, who posted a pair of 74's to finish in 17
th place.
Monmouth's second round 300 as a team is the team's best of the spring. McCullagh placed 17
th with two 74's, while
Travis Dix was just one shot back of him each day with 75-75.
Colt Ingram posted MU's best score of the tournament with a 73 on Sunday, while
Brendan Smith and
Erik Stevens rounded out the MU lineup.
