DEAL, NJ – Monmouth University junior Ron Robinson (Hatfield, PA/North Penn) and freshman Erik Stevens (Annandale, NJ/North Hunterdon) both shot 75 to lead the MU card in the Hawks' lone home meet of the season, competing Thursday in the 2019 Hawk Invitational at Deal Golf and Country Club. Monmouth finished fourth in the six-team field, shooting 303 as a team.

Stevens shot 75 in his first career start, while Robinson's round put him atop the MU card for the second time in two tournaments this season. Freshman Chase Scholze (Stuart, FL/Jensen Beach) also made his collegiate debut. Saint Peter's won the event with a team score of 287, while the Peacocks also had the individual winner in Stanley Garrant, who shot 69.
