Hellertown, PA – Four different Hawks broke 155 to lead the Monmouth University men's golf team at the 2018 Abarta Coca-Cola Lehigh Valley Collegiate Invitational, Sunday afternoon at the par-72 Steel Club.  The Blue and White shot 308 and 305 to conclude the tournament with 613 and in 12th overall.

Drake Ferriter paced the Hawks for the second time this season, firing rounds of 75 and 76 to earn 151 over the 36-holes and finish one stroke in front of rookie Glen-Michael Mihavetz who notched 77 and 75.  Freshman classmate Ron Robinson followed Mihavetz, finishing third for the Blue and White with 79 and 75, good for 154, while Andy Stock and Kyle Burke finished with 159 (80-79) and 160 (77-83), respectively.  Playing as an individual, Patrick Lehrkinder shot 80 and 73 to finish with 153.

-              The event was forced into a one-day, 36-hole tournament due to the inclement weather. 
-              The field featured 96 competitors from 17 teams.
-              The Hawks finished ahead of conference foes Rider and Niagara.
-              Drake Ferriter, who recorded an eagle, paced the Hawks' card for the fifth time in his career.
-              Glen-Michael Mihavetz finished the tournament with 23 even holes and a plus-two scoring mark on par-3s.  
-              Ron Robinson finished with a plus-one score on par-3s, while sinking six birdies over the 36-holes, good for tied for fourth in the field.
-              Andy Stock and Patrick Lehrkinder both finished even on par-3s, while Lehrkinder, who tied a career low with his second-round 73, finished with 24 even scores.
