EASTON, PA & WORCESTER, MA – The Monmouth University women's tennis team dropped two matches this weekend, including a tight 4-3 result at Holy Cross on Sunday. Two days earlier, the Hawks fell to Lafayette, 7-0.  Against Holy Cross, Monmouth picked up the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 2. In singles play, freshman Nicole Gasser won at No. 2, 6-3, 6-3. At No. 4, sophomore Rachel Rosenthal picked up a win by the same margin. The team has two matches left in the fall, traveling to Sacred Heart midweek before hosting Marist on Saturday.
