MAAC TRIPLEHEADER AT NASSAU COLISEUM
Today's game is being played as part of a MAAC Tripleheader at the Nassau Coliseum, with Monmouth and Marist playing the middle game. The first game features Fairfield and Quinnipiac, while the nightcap is Iona and Manhattan.

ALL-TIME SERIES
Monmouth leads the all-time series against Marist 41-21, with the pair meeting as league rivals in the NEC prior to joining the MAAC. MU has won six in a row over the Red Foxes.

STIFLING DEFENSE
In the win over Siena, Monmouth allowed just 56 Siena points, the lowest for an MU opponent this season. Siena's 16 made field goals was a season low for MU defensively, and Siena shot 32.7%, the lowest output from a Hawks opponent this year. It marked the first time MU held an opponent under 60 points since Niagara scored 59 in last year's MAAC quarterfinals on March 3, 2017.

TILGHMAN CONTINUES TO LEAD
Austin Tilghman is the only player in the MAAC averaging over 10 points, five rebounds and five assists per game. Against Siena, Tilghman was two points shy of a career-high in posting his third career 20-point game. He was also 8-of-8 from the foul line, the most makes without a miss for a Hawk this season.

ELIMINATING GIVEAWAYS
Monmouth tied a season low in turnovers in the win over Siena, giving it up just eight times on the night compared to Siena's 14. The Hawks were able to turn the 14 Siena turnovers into 22 points. MU also turned it over just eight times in the win over Albany on 11/27.

-Five players are shooting over 51% from the field (Tilghman, Quinn, Tillman, Sarr, Ibiezugbe).
-Austin Tilghman is the only Hawk averaging over 24.3 minutes per game, playing 34 minutes per contest.
-King Rice has used two starting lineups, with just one change; Ray Salnave replaced Micah Seaborn in the last five games dating back to 12/31.
