POLICIES ON USE OF THE FACILITY
All Students, Faculty, Staff & Administration
MUST PRESENT I.D. AND CHECK IN AT FITNESS CENTER LOBBY DESK
1.   Proper athletic attire must be worn at all times.
 a.   Blue jeans, work boots, sandals or bare feet are not permitted.
b.   Shirts must be worn at all times.
2.   No food, canned beverages or glass bottles are permitted in the exercise areas.
3.   All personal belongings (such as jackets, books and so on) must be left in the storage cubbies, coat racks or lockers that are provided in the lobby of the Boylan Gymnasium.
4.   The University is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5.   No cell phone use in all exercise areas.
6.   All weights must be returned to their appropriate places when you are done using them.
a.   All free weights should be returned to the plate holders with plates of the same weight (for example, 5s with 5s, 10s with 10s and so on).
b.   All dumbbells should be returned to the dumbbell racks in sequential order.
c.   Weights are not to be left on the floor.
d.   Weights are not to be leaned against the walls or equipment.
7.   Weights are not to be dropped or thrown on the floor.
8.   Equipment must be wiped down with paper towels and disinfectant (located throughout the facility) after you finish an exercise.
9.   In consideration of others, limit your time on the "cardio" equipment to 30 minutes at peak times.
10. Inappropriate language or behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Be respectful of other individuals and the facility.
11. The TV's and stereo will be controlled by the facility supervisors only.
12. Students or Members are not permitted to give unauthorized facility access to fellow students, non-students or non-members.
13. Management reserves the right to have all locks on the lockers located in the Boylan gymnasium removed for annual cleaning.Â
14. Physical instruction, personal training or any other type of soliciting is not permitted in the MAC, Boylan Gymnasium and or Kessler Field by anyone that is not employed by the Athletic Department unless otherwise approved.
15. Consistent disregard for these policies will result in suspension or loss of your workout privileges. Â
