MU Softball Park
Situated slightly northwest of the OceanFirst Bank Center, the Monmouth University Softball Park is a natural grass softball facility that the Hawks call home. The Park is equipped with ample seating, two dugouts, and a scoreboard with inning-by-inning scoring installed in 2013 for fans and players alike to enjoy the successes of Monmouth University softball.
The Hawks have seen many personal and team triumphs at the park, including the program's first-ever conference tournament championship in 2018. The 2018 team also won their first Regular Season Championship since 1999 after registering a 19-1 MAAC record, which broke the record for the most conference wins in team and MAAC history.
In 2008, Nichole Alvarez led the nation in batting with an average of .480. Alvarez became the second player from a team in the Northeast Conference in the last 15 years to win the NCAA Division I batting title.
