Domenique Esposito, who joined the Monmouth University women's soccer staff as an assistant coach prior to 2009 season, helped guide the Hawks to an NEC Championship in her first season with the Blue and White. A 2007 graduate of Rutgers University, Esposito is in her third season as an assistant coach in the college ranks, as the former midfielder will continue to focus on the Hawks' midfielders, will assist in recruiting and will oversee the program's fundraising and community service initatives.

A four-year letterwinner for the Scarlet Knights, and two-time captain, Esposito and Rutgers made two NCAA Tournament appearances during her tenure.

In addition to her years at Rutgers, Esposito competed for the Jersey Sky Blue in the W-League in both 2007 and 2008, and also played for the New Jersey Wildcats (2005) and the New Jersey Lady Stallions (2003, 2004).

On the sidelines, Esposito won two league titles in three years, as a coach with Wayne United U-11.

Esposito, a 2003 graduate of Pascack Valley Regional High School in 2003, majored in psychology and minored in sociology while at Rutgers, and is currently working towards a Monmouth University master's degree in elementary education, with a concentration in special education.
