BEFORE MONMOUTH: Pitched at Rowan College at Gloucester County for two years and was a part of 82 wins, including a Region 19 Championship... Pitched to a 9-3 record with a 2.51 ERA in 89.2 innings pitched... Named to the All-GSAC 3rd Team.

HIGH SCHOOL: Pitched for Lee Ware at Woodstown... Two-time All-South Jersey selection... Pitched to a 1.88 ERA in 140 career innings, striking out 102 while going 15-3.

PERSONAL: Son of Michael and Melissa Counsellor... Major is health studies and physical education.
