2021-22 (Redshirt Junior): Competed in the 5k, 6k, and 6.17k during the cross-country season … Competed in the 1500m, mile, and 5000m during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons … 2022 Chi Alpha Sigma Honoree … Member of the MAAC All-Academic Teams for cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field.
 
Cross Country: Completed the 6k course at Lehigh’s Paul Short Run in 23:03.9 (10/1) … Ran the 6k course at the MAAC Cross Country Championships in 23:58.7 (10/30).
 
Indoor: Finished 15^th in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the line in 5:15.30 (2/20).
 
Outdoor: Placed 12^th in the 1500m at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, clocking in at 4:56.74 (5/8) … Earned a third-place finish in the 5000m at the Towson Invitational, posting a time of 18:21.14 (4/2) … Finished fifth in the 1500m at the Lehigh Carol and John Covert Classic with a time of 4:47.29 (4/30).
 
2020-21: Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, and cross country as a redshirt sophomore…  Set PRs in the 1500m (4:58.14) and the 5000m (18:59.45)…

2019-20: Competed in the 5K, 6K, as a sophomore ... Set personal bests in the 6K (23:46.3), 6.17K (24:54.4) ...

2018-19: Competed in the 1500m, mile, 3000m, 3000S, 5K, and 6K as a freshman ... Set personal bests in the 5K (19:43.8), 800m (2:26.73), 3000m (10:59.02), mile (5:17.19), 1500m (5:08.79), and the 3000S (12:43.42).

Before Monmouth: Letter winner all four years at Central Bucks South for Coach Michael Cox ... Honorable Mention all-league as a freshman ... Marine Core Distinguished Athlete ...Qualified three times for the state championships
